Thank you to all our customers for wonderful 2024 autumn and winter seasons! The farm is closed to the public now through summer, as we do our winter chores and prepare for spring planting. We are still open for winter farm schools starting mid February; please work with your respective school(s) for details.

A Farm Above the Rest
High in the Colorado mountains, but just minutes from the city, Fall Mountain Farm is your local family farm that raises beef cattle, grows apples, pears, peaches, and of course ... pumpkins! We are Colorado's premier supplier of pumpkins for your home, association, community, or corporate event. Order Pumpkins in bulk (by the bin), visit Pumpkin Gulch, or Pick Your Own fresh from the vine.
In the fall we present the Autumn Adventure pumpkin patch. Meet our farm animals, pick pumpkins, go on hayrides, enjoy bonfires, bouncers, slides, mazes, games, nature trails, and more!
As twilight descends upon the farm, come enjoy Spooky Hollow during the autumn evenings! This family-friendly haunted trail will give you chills and thrills while enjoying creative Halloween displays.
In the winter there's Christmas Fun and the Santa Games. Play at the farm, skate in our rink, enjoy farm animals in their Christmas Village, go on a winter wagon ride, and meet Santa! Watch mall Santas in a unique winter olympics, judged by the real Santa!
Year-round we host outdoor Farm School classes
and camps for area schools, and evening Star Parties.

Autumn Adventure
Our premier fall attraction, the Autumn Adventure is the Pumpkin Patch of dreams! Pick your perfect pumpkin from our Pumpkin Park or right off the vine from our fields. Visit cute farm animals in our unique Animal Village and learn about animal care, feeding, and how they help the farm. Have Fun! Go on a hayride with your family and friends, play with your children in our Game Park, jump on the bouncers and climbers, challenge yourself with our mazes, and hike our nature trails. Or ... just enjoy the beauty and solitude of an authentic mountain farm, away from the hustle and bustle of the city!
Spooky Hollow
Halloween on the farm! Journey into Spooky Hollow to experience a fun, family-friendly Halloween excursion deep into the dark hollows of the farm. Meet cheerful ghouls, goblins, and spirits of Halloween. See amazing pumpkin carvings on display. Enjoy an evening hike along this creative, immersive outdoor trail.
Includes the Animal Village with sparkling autumn lighting, illuminated mazes of evanescent colors, a bonfire and concessions offering hot drinks and treats. A night of memories to last a lifetime!
Christmas Fun
Join us evenings in December for Christmas Fun! Meet our animals in their Christmas Village, go ice skating in our Skate Rink, get warm at our Bonfire and enjoy S'Mores, Hot Cider, Hot Chocolate or other seasonal treats at our Warming Tent. Sit around a fire pit and marvel at the night sky. Go on a Winter Wagon Ride in the mountains or just enjoy the lights and music of our Winter Wonder Park. Test your skill in our Illumi-Maze. And... of course, meet Santa and Mrs Claus at the Reindeer Stables.
The Santa Games
It's the olympics... for Santa Claus! When Christmas is over (January), all the mall Santa's and other Santa-wanna-be's come together for a day of fun competition. Chimney races, gift sack one-legged runs, sleigh loading speed trials, and more. Cookie baking contests for the Mrs's, too. Judged by the real Santa and Mrs Clause, of course! Come for a day of food and fun on the farm with Santa! Feel up to the challenge? Register to show off your best Santa impersonation.
Farm Schools
Fall Mountain Farm is an amazing place for learning! We partner with area schools to host outdoor classes year-round and summer/fall day camps. Students learn in an interactive, hands-on environment surrounded by the majestic nature of the Colorado Mountains.
Openings exist with AdventurMe Forest School for summer and fall, and The Nature Lab Farm & Forest School for their winter/spring semester, as well as other schools.
Star Parties
Enjoy the night sky from the farm! We're convienent to the city yet far enough where its still dark at night. View distant celestial objects thru professional telescopes. Learn about the stars and planets from area experts. Stay warm at our bonfire and enjoy food and drink from our concessions vendors.

Visit the Animal Village to interact with our farm animals and make some furry friends! You can even feed them some of our healty critter snacks to reward them for good behaviour!

Goats
The jokers of the farm -- our goats will delight you and make you laugh as you watch their silly, playful antics! Meet Coconut the clown, Mocha Blue a true friend, Jules Verne the inquisitive, and Dove who you'll love!
Sheep
Meet our Corriedales, Babydolls, and the entertaining Valais Blacknose rams (shhh... they're wethers but they don't know it!). Learn about sheep behaviours and touch their soft wool. Hear them call each other and see why they're some of nature's best landscapers!
Pigs
Micro, mini, and farm hogs - you'll be amazed at the variety of sizes. Meet tiny Killian, Jameson, and Bailey; our Kune-kune family Piper Sue, Prosciutto, and Lucy; and marvel at Miss Fern our rather large Yorkshire Sow (but please don't tell her she's large -- she's a sensitive gal!). You'll come to appreciate how intelligent they are!
Cows
Also part of our landscaping crew, our Irish Blacks are cuter and smaller than the typical farm cow. And during parts of the year you can also meet our playful Angus calves. They love their cow candy and fresh green grass!
Tortoise and Reptiles
Our resident Sulcata Tortoise "Sheldon" would love to meet you. He's very sociable, large, and surprisingly fast ... when he's not snoozing in the sunshine! If you have discerning eyesight look for Igor, a small box turtle living in the rocks - he also loves to meet people!
Mini Donkeys
Leonard and Penny are exicited to meet you. Just foaled this year, they're full of energy and play all day!
Fun at the Game Park
Play, Play, Play... Mazes, giant bouncers, obstacle courses and jumpers, lawn games, bale pyramids, slides, sack races, and more... You can play for hours with friends, outdoors in the sun, it's soooo fun... Oh and there's this scavenger hunt that makes it funner! 😀 There's so much to do!
Rest and Relax!
Tired of the hustle and bustle of the city? Come relax with us! Sit in one of our view spots and soak in the sights while your children play, or climb aboard a hayride to decompress amongst beautiful mountain scenery, or hike in the solitude of our nature trails. It's better than a day at the spa!
